DELIVERY & SHIPPING

Unless otherwise agreed, the ordered goods are shipped exclusively with the DPD parcel service.

The collection of ordered goods is not possible for logistical reasons.

IMPORTANT:

After the goods have been dispatched, the customer receives a dispatch message and a link to track the parcel.

When shipping with DPD, the package must be received at the delivery address. Please note that your package CANNOT be deposited at the post office! If the parcel cannot be received, there is of course the option of specifying an alternative delivery address (e.g. at work, at the neighbor's, etc.). The goods leave our warehouse five days a week, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are not delivered.

If the delivery person from DPD Austria does not find a private recipient, the parcel will be deposited in the nearest parcel shop. The recipient receives a notification card with which they can pick up their parcel. If you also provide your telephone number, the driver can contact you or suggest a new date or location for a delivery.

Undelivered parcels remain in stock in the parcel shop for 9 days. If the parcel is not picked up during this time, the parcel will be picked up by the driver and a new delivery attempt will be made.

The delivery time in Austria and Germany is 2-5 working days. In the rest of the EU and Switzerland, delivery takes 3-5 working days. (The information is a guide - the deliverer does not guarantee the delivery time)

The seller is not liable for delays in delivery by the shipping service provider.

Shipping

The shipping costs depend on the order quantity and the country of delivery. In some countries, additional costs may be incurred due to import duties and taxes. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
